Refund Policy

Only store credit or exchanges if the item is damaged or did not meet your expectations. 

Damaged Items: We strive to provide you with the best quality products. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at Chyna@hausofmareude.com within two days of receiving the item. Kindly allow us 1 business day to respond. We offer either store credit or exchanges for damaged items. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the damaged item back to Haus of Mareude. 

Store Credit: We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer store credit for eligible returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return process. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.  

Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. All exchanged items must be in unworn, and in unwashed condition. 

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Chyna@hausofmareude.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the item back. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection of Returned Items: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
